What's the current state of sites like Facebook and Twitter, and what does the future hold for social media? Four Austin experts will gather for a luncheon--"Looking into the Crystal Ball of Social Media"--sponsored by Examiner.com to help answer those questions.

The speakers are:

• Benn Rosales, CEO of New Media Lab and founder of AgentGenius.com, both of which are based in Austin. Benn's Twitter handle is @bennrosales.

• Simon Salt is leader of his own marketing communications company, IncSlingers (theincslingers.com). As a social media influencer, Simon has been sought out by large brands and international PR companies. He is a popular speaker on the topic of social media and recently signed a contract with Pearson Publishing for a book on "social location marketing." It will be released this fall.
